A&EP 355 (Intermediate Electromagnetism)

Feynman Lectures in Physics (vol 2)
Griffiths follows Feynman closely many times, more succinctly (to be sure) but much less physically. Feynman "explains" E&M better than anybody.
Schwartz Introduction to Electrodynamics
In Gaussian units, breezes through statics, bringing out the high points with great skill. A Dover (cheap) book now.
Marion and Heald Classical Electromagnetic Radiation
Used in 356 (might be helpful to get to know it) reviews statics well.
Purcell Electricity and Magnetism
A classic text, still up-to-date.
Frankl Electromagnetic Theory
At our level and more physical than Griffiths.
Franklin Classical Electromagnetism
A new and very impressive entrant, at a high mathematical level. Very clearly written.
