CHARGE:

The charge to the Committee would be to develop a five-to-ten year plan for Wells College. Planning would begin with a definition of the College’s operating environment, a detailed examination of the important features outlined in the rewritten Mission Statement of the College, and determining how and whether Wells fulfills its approved Institutional Goals, and Program Goals. The Mission Statement, Institutional Goals, and Program Goals are all prominently displayed in the catalog as part of the educational contract Wells offers to students. The plan should articulate the College’s aspirations, and how it will meet the goals it sets for itself, with built in measures for annual assessment and evaluation along the way.
