Math 151, Spring 2006     Helpers (Current as of 2/8)

The Math Clinic (Math Library, Mac 120) is staffed regularly with people who can help with general math questions.  Several of them also have statistics knowledge.  Watch this space for their hours. They'll be posted outside Mac 120 also.

Clinic Schedule
Faherty Nielsen
is our special TA.  She'll be reading HW, and is up-to-date on our SPSS.
Will be in the clinic (or nearby in the MAC 101 computer lab): Mondays and Wednesdays: 9:30-11:30 ,Wednesdays, 12:30-1:30.
If you can't meet with Fay in the clinic, call or visit her; x2931, Main 418;  fnielsen@wells.edu  and make an appointment--Fridays are especially good for her.

Assistants who know Statistics and SPSS: LaReina (Knows our text), Ashley, Anna, Abbie, Ayaka
Assistants who know Statistics but not SPSS:

Assistants who can help with general math: All

The Computer Lab Assistants (CLA's) can help with general balky-computer questions.  Some may know SPSS.

Caution--some Wells people who have used SPSS have used the non-Interactive graphs.  They were developed by SPSS first, and by a different "committee", and work a little differently.  People who took Math 151 the last 3 years used Interactive graphs. Trying to switch back and forth may be confusing to you at first.  Check your helper, or bring graph questions to me, or to our assistant.
