College Republicans Meeting February 1, 2007

Members: Cathy, Laura, Jess, Jen, Brian, Christina, Tiff, Terri

Meeting Time: This time works for everyone (as long as it’s over before 7).

Collegiate Rep: Laura can do it but would like another rep to help; Cahty will be the alternate. Collegiate meetings are Thursdays at 8.

Club Fair: Thurs (2/8) 11:30-1:30; Laura has pictures for the table; Christina, Tiff, Terri, and Laura are free to work.

Club Bulletin Board: Needs to be redone due to vandalism…The new theme will be: Presidential Candidates; we will continue with the woman of the month. This month it will be Laura Bush.

Movie of the Month: we will still show a movie every month. Mondays sound like the best night. We can team up with campus involvement for Man of the Year. Other ideas were: First Ladies Documentary (repeat), All the President’s Men, The American president, Chasing Liberty, First Daughter, National Treasure.

Symposium: same weekend as CPAC so half of the club won’t be here. We were going to do a panel on the war. We could get Prof. Groth, other faculty?, students with strong opinions.
Any other ideas?
