Faculty, Staff, RAs, and Student Offices
This
page has been designed to assist you with setting up and using this
feature. Numbers surrounded by brackets { } are
commands which you press on the telephone keypad.
If you need a voicebox or do not know your voicebox number or password, contact
Joseph Dyson.
Accessing Your Voicemail
is accomplished by dialing:
Each
time you log in to your mailbox, the System tells you the
number of new and saved messages that you have.
Immediately after voicing the number of messages in your
mailbox, the System voices the Main menu options.
Review
messages - {1}
Personal
options - {4}
New mailboxes will hear the
CallEducator instructions to change password and record greetings.
*NOTE* If you share an office and have multiple voicemail boxes,
contact Joe Dyson verbally at 3217 for assistance to change the greeting. Recorded greetings will not be heard
with type of setup.
These options are accomplished
by selecting {4} from main menu.
