AFA Committee
Minutes for February 6, 2008

Present: W. Ganis, S. Gilchrist, A. Godert, A. Lundquist, C. Patella, J. Schnurr, S. Sloan

1. Meeting was called to order by A. Godert at 10:30 am.

2. Minutes of November 28 were approved.

3. We discussed the Diversity at Wells pamphlet that was prepared by the students in 2005. Although many things may need to be changed (logo, colors, photos) it sounds like the Student Diversity Committee is not up for the challenge of fixing it this semester. Steve and Susan are working on a mailing for incoming students to insure that they appreciate and understand the importance of diversity at Wells .

4. Amy presented the Middle States questions and outlined a plan of attack. We will meet again on Feb 13th to see where we are with data collection and will begin brainstorming.

5. Meeting adjourned at 11:30.
