WELLS COLLEGE COMPUTER, INTERNET, AND ELECTRONIC
COMMUNICATIONS POLICY

The College’s computers, computer accounts, network and Internet systems, electronic mail, and related services (individually and collectively referred to as the “Computer System”) are intended for business and educational use consistent with the Computer, Internet, and Electronic Communications Policy (the “Policy”) that has been distributed to all users. Any use of the College’s Computer System for a purpose or in a manner not consistent with the Policy is unauthorized use, and may result in a revocation, restriction, or suspension of computing privileges and access to the Computer System.

All messages, data, files, programs, Internet web sites, and all other material or information (individually and collectively referred to as “Electronic Communications”) stored in or transmitted via the College’s Computer System are College records. Accordingly, the College reserves the right to access and disclose all such records for the purposes set forth in the Policy and for all other purposes permitted by law.

Your use of the College’s Computer System constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read and understood the Policy, and your consent to the terms of use contained in the Policy and to the College’s right to access and disclosure.
