Chapter 1  Learn to: Next:  Continue with Ch. 2, working along with the text.
Assignment 11 , Due Friday, Day 18, May 4
  • A.  Do the Practice Exercises, p.4, p.6, p.8,  Hand in the printout of the descriptives, p.8.
Remember Statistics --> Analyze, Summarize --> Descriptive Statistics  (see addendum for vers. 9 and 10)
  • B.  Use p.8, paragraph 2, follow the directions and copy your descriptives table to a Microsoft Word document. Notice it pastes as a Word Table. (If the gridlines don't show in Word, do Table>Show Gridlines.)  Format it so it looks nice in Word, add your name to the document, and  print it to Hand in.  (Your gridlines don't show in the printout.  That's OK)
  • C. Do the Practice Exercise p.10. Print out the raw data (see notes above.):   Hand it in.
