Meeting called to order at 12:34 by Chair Staples.

1.      Minutes of the September 20 meeting were approved with minor corrections.
2.      The Fall 2004 agenda was passed out.
3.      Course Proposals were discussed.
4.      The Arts Division was tabled with  minor discussion regarding the
ability to add a course without removing another.
5.      The Humanities Division was approved as submitted.
6.      The Natural and Physical Sciences were approved as submitted.
7.      The Interdisciplinary Courses were approved as submitted

The meeting was adjourned at 1:30pm.
