The committee approved the minutes of the previous AFA meeting on April 22.

McCune let the group know that her analysis was almost complete and she would complete it within the next few days.  She will email the spreadsheet with results to all AFA members by Sunday evening.  Munoz will post both the questionnaire and the spreadsheet at the AFA website.

Munoz will present the final AFA report to the faculty including a synopsis of all work accomplished this year.  As part of the final report, McCune will provide the faculty with information on the quantitative results of the AFA survey related to the academic life section.  She will not report on qualitative information from the survey as there has not been time to appropriately assess that information.  Sloan will report admissions numbers to the faculty as part of the final report as well.

The group prepared the Notice of Motion that will go before the faculty regarding changes in the AFA charge.  Munoz will send along all needed documents to Niamh OíLeary, Secretary of the Faculty.

This was the final meeting of AFA for the 2002-03 year.
